The machines and equipment sold by Shibang Machinery are guaranteed one year free of charge from the date of purchase; outside the warranty period, the company will continue to provide customers with paid repair and lifelong maintenance services.

Contact for fault

The customer shall clearly state the fault condition of the product, company name, address, telephone number and contact person in written form, and send them to Shibang Machinery by fax or mail, so that our technical staff can determine the cause of the fault and develop a solution.

Commitment to repair time

Service Guarantee

If any fault occurs during the use of the products, the customer can notify Shibang Machinery at any time, and the company will be responsible for dispatching technical personnel for on-site inspection and repair services. Shibang Machinery is responsible for the free repair service within one year from the date of purchase, but if the parts and consumables need to be replaced, reasonable fees shall be charged (if the parts damaged with three months are inspected by our technical staff as a quality problem, it can be replaced free of charge).

Warranty Service

In order to ensure the normal operation of the equipment, the customer shall select skilled equipment operators to conduct regular maintenance to the equipment. Reasonable fees shall be charged if the equipment fails and cannot operate normally due to the operator violating the procedures (the price shall be charged by region).

After-sales service

After the warranty period expires, price will be charged by region. After receiving the fault notification, Shibang Machinery will reply to the quotation. After the customer confirms and sends back the quotation by signature, our company will send personnel to repair it. After the equipment is maintained and confirmed to be normal by the relevant personnel of the customer, the customer shall pay the relevant maintenance costs.
